i am interested in the msi mag 322UPF fo my rtx 4070 ti super but the msi web specifications says that it is AMD freesync, i need to ensure i would be able to enable g-sync. On compatible g-sync monitors website, this especific one is not on the list, some people say yes others say not, i need help

Hey! I’m using a FreeSync monitor with an RTX card, and as long as the monitor supports Adaptive Sync over DisplayPort, G-SYNC usually works — even if it’s not officially certified. For the MSI MAG 322UPF, I’d recommend connecting via DisplayPort and enabling G-SYNC manually in the NVIDIA Control Panel. It might not be “official,” but many users report it works fine without issues.

Most MSI gaming monitors with Adaptive-Sync / FreeSync often work with G-SYNC on NVIDIA cards (especially newer RTX/GTX cards), but not all are officially on NVIDIA’s G-SYNC Compatible list. Some models like the MAG 274UPF and similar MSI models are confirmed to support G-SYNC Compatible when connected over DisplayPort with updated drivers. It’s usually recommended to check the exact model in the NVIDIA Control Panel under “Set up G-SYNC” to be sure it shows as compatible on your system.

Checking the exact monitor model and enabling G-SYNC through NVIDIA Control Panel is definitely the safest approach. It’s also useful to compare practical specs like screen dimensions, just as you would when checking different bed sizes.
