Hi, i have just bought and open an MSI Prestige this exactily : "MSI Prestige 14 A11SCX-432ES", and updated to windows 11 and after that i had to came back to win10, but with the option to clean the System and now i want to install the "MSI center" as it has in windows 10 at its start, but in the moment of open it, it just dont open, i see it live "charging" but it never open, if i use the "admin" too, it just dont open, i tried with the "MSI Creator center" that says it supports Prestige Laptop, but it says my "laptop is not supported", i just want to know wich MSI Aplication is the correct and how to make it work.
So, what could i do? I want to give an oportunity to MSI Center, for battery optimization, or i should just use the windows service?
