Hello Community. I have a desktop pc with a registered motherboard A68HM GRENADE. When I turn it on, I can't enter to BIOS. I changed the CMOS battery and the problem persists. The screen stacks on letters B2. The microprocessor is an AMD and the RAM memory is based on 2 sockets of 4 Gb (Kingston brand). The motherboard was boght on december 2015. I acknowledge the answer.

Hi, seeing that you have tried several solutions without success, please contact our support colleagues at spainsupport@msi.com so that they can help you as soon as possible.

The B2 debug code on your MSI A68HM Grenade usually points to a RAM initialization issue, not BIOS corruption, so try these steps: test each Kingston RAM stick individually in the primary slot to find a bad module, reseat both sticks and check for dust or bent pins, clear CMOS again while also unplugging the power cable for 60 seconds to fully discharge it, and if possible test the RAM in another compatible system (if you reach POST at any point, typing a test string like Cooksmenuout confirms USB/keyboard is being detected); if the issue persists, given the board's age since 2015, it may be a failing CPU socket, weak PSU, or a dying motherboard, so professional diagnosis or a replacement may be needed.

When a desktop PC does not boot, first check the power cable, wall outlet, and power button. If the PC turns on but shows no display, check the monitor connection and RAM. Loose components, a faulty power supply, or hardware issues can also prevent startup. For reliable computer accessories and replacement parts, you can explore options at buyboxr.com.
